T-Score ("the app", "we") helps you track your own bloodwork and build healthy habits. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and an encrypted password.

Health data you provide: blood test values you enter or scan (such as testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, vitamin D), test dates, and profile details you choose to share (age, height, weight, body fat estimate, sleep, activity, sun exposure, alcohol intake, and whether you are on hormone therapy).

Habit data: the daily habits you pick and your check-in logs.

Coach conversations: messages you exchange with the in-app AI coach.

How we use it

To compute your scores and trends, generate your plan, and personalize the AI coach. That's it.

AI processing: when you use the coach or scan a lab report, the relevant data is processed by Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate the response. Scanned lab images are processed to extract values and are not stored by us.

Your data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) on servers in the United States, protected by row-level security so only your authenticated account can access it.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your health data with advertisers or analytics networks. We do not put your health data in ad pixels or tracking SDKs. Your bloodwork is yours.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete account permanently erases your account and all associated data (labs, scores, plans, habits, and coach messages) from our systems. This is immediate and irreversible.

T-Score is a wellness and education product, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult a physician about your health.

Age

T-Score is intended for adults 18 and older.
