Common questions

Login problems: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or email us and we'll get you back in.

Subscription & billing: subscriptions and free trials are managed by Apple. To cancel or manage billing, open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → T-Score.

Delete your account: in the app, Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases all your data.

Lab values look wrong: double-check units on your lab report (e.g., ng/dL vs nmol/L for testosterone). You can edit by adding a corrected entry.
