What T-Score is (and isn't)

T-Score is a wellness and education product. It helps you organize your own lab results, track habits, and learn about general lifestyle factors. It is NOT a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Information in the app — including scores, plans, and AI coach responses — is educational only. Always consult a qualified physician before making health decisions, and see a doctor promptly about any value or symptom that concerns you.

T-Score never provides guidance on prescription medications, dosing, or protocols. Those decisions belong exclusively with your doctor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use T-Score.

Subscriptions

T-Score offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or annual), which may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, after any free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your data and responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the lab values you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You retain ownership of the data you add; we process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use the AI coach to seek medical, dosing, or emergency guidance.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
